So far this seems easy. I was warned as a teacher we wouldn't want to set up blogs because content couldn't be controlled, but the instructions here said comments wouldn't post without permission, so maybe this would be possible for teachers and students.
I did a blogging class last spring as part of the After School Program. I used one e-mail address which I created and "hung" all the blogs on it. That way I could read and monitor them all. The kids really liked it, though they much prefered making Avatars to writing!
